What we collect
When you request early access, we store the email address, name, organisation and message you give us, and the time you sent it. To limit abuse, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address: we can tell repeated requests apart without keeping the address itself.
What we don't do
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. We don't sell or share your details.
How we use it
Only to reply to you about DocAnalytica. Your request is kept until you ask us to delete it, or for up to 24 months after our last contact.
Where it lives
Requests are stored with our hosting and database providers, who process them only on our behalf and under data-processing terms.
